My sister, Peggy & I saw a great Gwen Stefani concert at
the
White River Amphitheater
Saturday night. Her Sweet Escape tour started in Vancouver, BC and made it's US swing starting in Seattle at this open air venue. We took the back roads to the Amphitheater via Black Diamond and NEVER had a backup until we got there. I had bought VIP parking (recommended!!!) and swung right into our spot up in front! After a few adult beverages and food we settled into our seats in row 5 of the second tier of the covered section. The concert met all my expectations! A high energy fun filled extravaganza production. She sang most all of her new songs from The Sweet Escape album. There were no No Doubt songs. The pinnacle was when Gwen ventured into the section next to us and then out of nowhere appeared right next to us!!!!! After the concert, within 15 minutes, we were on the road home doing 50!
